Hi, I'm Olympian Carrie Tellelson and welcome to the C-Talley Run podcast.

This week on the show, I bring you Vincent Sciati.

Vince is a professional runner for Under Armour Mission Run Dark Sky Distance in Flagstaff, Arizona.

He went to Virginia Tech, where he was an NCAA champion.

He was a state champion in high school seven times over while attending Perry High School in

Baltimore, Maryland. And he most recently finished fourth at the Olympic trials in the 1500,

and also finished fourth at the New Balance Fifth Avenue Mile. In this episode, Vince and I talk a lot

about his journey into the sport, learning how to be a runner, being grateful for the stages

you're in, still having the fire, gaining confidence this summer, new mindset. I love that.

Being consistent and making the most out of just missing the Olympic team and finding joy in

what's coming next. We also talk about his family, his love of music, especially playing the

saxophone, being a big sports fan and so much more. I hope you enjoy this episode. So let's get after it.
