talked today is Monday January 1st, the first day of 2018 and the first day of

you lying to yourself. Right? I'm gonna do this and that and this and that's gonna

Hopefully not that's uh I'm just joking but you know I'm the same way every year

I would say I'm gonna quit sugar and learn Spanish and blah blah blah you know

and yeah I finally quit sugar it's almost two years now but that was that was

because forced medical, forced metal mentally like I couldn't do it on my own. I

couldn't do it on my own. I had to hit rock bottom. You know what I'm saying? I don't

know what it is but we're just programmed. We're programmed to set

ourselves up for failure I guess. As you read if you've read that book the War

of Art and you realize yeah as I read the book I go fuck that's me you know

constant constant self sabotage and I think that's really what the goal in life

should be is no self sabotage it's so fucking hard you know just walk around

going crazy and then you just you self-destruct and then that becomes a

sabotage it's a weird vicious circle of of a human nature and a lot of

times I'll meet people that don't have that mechanism in them and they're

mostly pretty successful or pretty happy so you want to get to that you want to

get to that that area in your mind or your life and as as corny as that sounds

is funny I was listening to which by the way I worshiped this record I dove

down the rabbit hole of all things less clay pool got into the clay pool and
