Hello heroes and welcome to another exciting episode of One Shot.

I'm James Damato, your host in GameMaster.

Heroes, at the end of last week's episode, I said that we were going to be running a green hour for this week.

While we will still feature a green hour, it's

going to have to wait because we ran into a major technical problem that made us have to shift

it back one series.

Instead, we're going to be bringing you trial by Dominique Dickie.

If you're a fan of the campaign Skyjacks podcast,

you already know a little bit about Dominique Dickie

because they helped us as a cultural consultant

for one of the issues we ran into producing that show.

In addition to being an accomplished cultural consultant, Dominique is also an incredible game designer as well.

And Trial, the game they brought us for this week, is really special.

It's a story game for playing out a legal drama.

I say drama in loose terms because it also, as you're going to find out, works very well for comedy.

Made for groups of four to six players, it has rules for telling the story of Bruce Orson,

a 23 year old black man who is on trial for the murder of Abigail Burke, a 33-year-old white woman.

For every game, Miss Burke was last seen with Mr Orson at the Yellowjacket on the evening of Friday April 26th.
