Oh, it is exciting. Everybody, for every episode, we produce a pod sheet, which is a one page,

downloadable summary, which I have talked to loads of people who use that now in their teams at work.

And when we get to like a centennial, is that the right thing to say, basically every 100 episodes, we create a pod book where we put the last 100 sheets basically all together.

And it just makes it kind of easier for you to, I think, use those tools together as a team or to reflect on your own.
