Ah well we had an interesting week been in a bunch of fires here in LA, and it's always, I mean it's not like we don't have pollution, air pollution all the time, but it's like really smoky right now and I went out on a

30-mile training run to get ready for the Wodcast Ultra which we're doing on November 22nd, 23rd-ish.

Like it's, we're leaving in the middle of the night, so it's really the 22nd,

yeah it's the 22nd, it's not the 23rd so 68 mile run we're doing no no big

deal I must died on the 30 is anybody listening to this or do you guys fast forward to the interview? I wonder that because I listen to Mark

Marin's podcast or used to and I would always fast forward past his monologue to get to the interview because I really liked

his interview and I wonder how many of you.

So we do the hashtag still listening.

I want to change, I want to come up with a hashtag that's like

hashtag listen to the intro.

That's a terrible hashtag.
