Welcome to the final episode of our high performing women series.

We started by sharing how to create a high performing team at home and at work.

Then I interviewed 11 amazing women entrepreneurs that truly inspire me. I conducted these interviews

in close succession over the summer and they filled me with such energy and possibility.

I'm so grateful to have had these conversations and to share them with you. My hope is that you

have also gained inspiration and perspective to help propel you as you start to think

about what you want the next few years to look like in your business. I personally took inspiration

from the diversity of stories and experiences and businesses. And one thing my brain does is to look

for trends. So I can learn more about what makes a woman,

a high performer, and what I can do to improve myself as a woman, as a leader, as an entrepreneur,

as a wife, as a mom, and as a friend. Today we will dig into the qualities of high performing

women that I assessed while working with

hundreds of one-on-one clients over the last five years and interviewing hundreds of women for the podcast since 2014,

including the most recent 11. The truth is that anyone can become a high performer, but not everyone currently is.
