Jim, we're launching right in today because I'm so thrilled to be able to bring to you

Professor, if you can please, we've already told our listeners about you and your background, of course, not that they needed that introduction of you because you've been, I think, in the news in this country for decades now as a staunch legal advocate for your clients.

Can you tell us how you got involved in the Keith Reneery case?

Because I don't think you were involved at the trial court level were you?

I was not I followed the case and I became persuaded that this case was not about any

one person or about any one defendant.

It's about the rights of all Americans.
