I've been fasting for almost 25 years now. And so we can probably get into a lot of different

Sure. So I was a, you know, I was born in Canada, right here in my accent, lived a

rural live, played hockey, did all the stuff, fell in love with bodybuilding when I was 15,

started working out in my barn and then went off the university.

And over 16 years, ended up becoming a Mr. Universe competitor representing my country and won some national

championships. And then after that, Mr. Universe thing, I gained 42 pounds of fat and water after
