The primary purpose of the question is to ask about agoraphobia,

which is essentially a fear of being outside your house or outside your safe space.

But the person who asks, I think, has some errors that are happening in their therapy, and I talk

about some of the mistakes that their therapists may be making and how to correct those. And we also talk

about another layer of the whole situation which is that they have MS multiple sclerosis.

So we talk about the way that impacts the brain and how that can be impacting the anxiety part as well.
