| 0:07.0 | Right now you are invited to take a seat or lay on your back in a comfortable position. |
| 0:17.0 | Begin to breathe in a larger capacity than you would otherwise. |
| 0:27.0 | As you breathe, begin to maybe wiggle your body a bit if you're seated in a chair you want to root |
| 0:36.5 | your tailbone down into the chair with your feet firmly on the ground lifting |

| 0:47.2 | Use the breath to kind of help you align your body from the top of your head to your toes. |
