While I don’t want to speak for you, I think many (maybe most) mamas could benefit from releasing these three things in particular: Procrastination & Perfectionism (they are sisters, btw) Other People’s Expectations The Lie: Everyone Else Has It All Figured Out If you want to make space for things that delight you and fill you up, you gotta release the things that are keeping you stuck and filling you with dread. If you want to make space for growth, you must see where your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors are keeping you small. So… let’s release all this ish together, shall we?!?
