So when Bob Hope died in 2003 at the age of 100, 100, he spanned almost the entire century.

According to most people, blind, unsure where he was, still being tortured by his wife

or the infidelities he did throughout his entire life.

Well, who knows if that's true, but...

Will's going to take a more diplomatic tack. But upon his death, Christopher Hitchens wrote an obituary

that began thusly. And I'd just like to quote from this, to be paralyzingly, painfully,
