Did you ever do one of those like all meat things or a only protein guys?

I can tell you like a caveman not so much. I had some inclinations towards the keto diet a while back

Yeah, just because I read some stuff about it and I thought it seemed interesting. What's the keto diet?

So you like have carbs way down to body goes into ketosis. Okay. Is the theory behind it?

I don't know I honestly don't know enough about it. Okay, cuz I didn't really go full on with it

But I thought about it and I let I sort of

Dabbled towards it by way of like restricting carbs a bit and I had a buddy who lives in LA

But used to do comedy here in Chicago who lost a ton of weight and got really healthy and he swore by that time

It's sort of okay. It sort of made me feel like maybe there's something more to this
