Every day, I interview someone from around the world who has discovered his talents

to do work he loves to create a life of success, satisfaction, and freedom. Jeff was blessed

with a good family, a keen mind, and a successful business. On top of that, he just earned his

master's degree. Then, while he was on a routine visit to a

work site, a pipe carrying pressurized concrete exploded. For nearly 10 minutes, he appeared to be dead.

Today, I'm delighted to bring you our featured guest, Jeff Ryan. Welcome, Jeff. Thanks very

Tell our listeners what you're working on now that has you engaged and motivated, if you would,

please.

Well, about in 2010, we started an aid organization where we take surfers around the world

doing disaster relief and aid in development, And it was incredibly successful, very, very popular.

We had, to be honest, we had volunteers coming out of our ears.

It was amazing.

And we've been to a number of different countries, Fiji.

We go to, there was an earthquake and a tsunami in Chile in 2010,

and we've been going there since then,

helping setting up businesses to empower the community.

We've been to a number of different places, Philippines and all over the world.

And I think the success caught us off guard a little bit, how popular it was.
