I am doing great. Thanks a lot for asking. And yes, I'm really excited to speak with

Casey Sherman again. He is a local author has written some amazing books.

Some of them have been made into movies. So yeah, you're right when you say he is a big deal.

And this book is called Hell Town, the untold story of a serial killer on Cape Cod.

And it's about the serial killer Tony Costa and sort of one that's been lost to time.

Even to us here in Massachusetts. But Casey does a great job telling this story as he always does.

And he's also great to speak with in this interview.

And we know that you'll enjoy this conversation with Casey. He's so articulate and well spoken.

And he's coming from this from the right place. He really is talking about not the serial killer specifically.

But he's bringing out all of his victims and just the vicious nature of the attacks.

And who these women were and what the community was like at that time.
