Over the last seven days we've kind of been caught up in a UFC world

so our mixed martial arts show is extra specially long

mainly because they're back there's fights to talk

about and there's fights to preview this week so it's a longer show this one just

by coincidence is slightly shorter many because there's no action to get stuck into, it's all talking points.
