1:23.3	A very sad situation happened in Bermuda just a few hours ago.

1:35.6	Somewhere just before noon, in fact, at 1159 this morning,
1:39.9	the first responders rushed over to Kingsworth in the Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda because the
1:46.9	Norwegian breakaway during a routine, a lifeboat inspection and training drill, the lifeboat
1:52.9	broke from its tether and was dangling by one strap above the water.
