By the way, I do a lot of speaking on college campuses.

I speak with and listen to this generation, Gen Z, a lot.

I'm intrigued by this generation.

I like this generation.

I think Gen Z needs a kick in the ass.

I think they're way too cynical.

I think they wanna give up, quit.
