This week on the show, we are taking one final look back at Book 5 of the dark tower wolves of the cala it's our

overview episode our episode where we've slotted in between each books to just give us some time

to talk about the book as a whole before we go charging into the next one um we like to do this because

sometimes these books take a while to do right right? There were eight episodes on this one,

so that was two months worth of talking about this book and we down into the weeds. We just like

to step out of the weeds and maybe getting in like an airplane and look at the weeds from above.

That's right. It's important sometimes to consider each book as a book,

you know, consider beginning, middle, and end, how it all fits together. And it does drive me crazy

to have to wait an extra week to start the next book. But on the other hand, it's nice to have

kind of a breather to settle my thoughts about the book before moving on.

Yeah, yeah.

I mean, we don't have to just dive right into it.

Like, we don't normally, both you and I, when we finish a book in the series, we

basically start reading the next section right away because it takes that much time to read

it, digest it, take notes on it, and prepare those notes in the podcast

form. So it is kind of like we have a week off because these episodes much less planned.

I think you'd agree with me that we spend the less time preparing for these episodes.
