0:32.0 | I was surprised at how difficult it was to come up with an answer to that question. |
0:37.0 | I mean, I know what I think love is, but how do you actually define something that you experience without running the risk of making it a concept? |
0:46.0 | I'm not sure you can. St. Augustine was once asked about his understanding of time, when asked what is time he said, |
0:53.0 | I know, but when you ask me, I don't. |
0:56.0 | And I believe I know what love is, but the moment I try to define it, it becomes fixed and permanent. |
1:02.0 | And when you get down to it, concepts like love or time are not fixed, nor are they permanent. |
1:09.0 | And I believe we run into the same problem when we try defining enlightenment. |
