Summary

Alcohol can be a huge part of our lives in our 20’s, as can anxious feelings the morning after drinking so it’s important to understand why our body (and our brain) reacts this way to alcohol and how we can remedy those feelings of stress the next day.

1:30.3	you feel after you've been drinking. I think that alcohol is such an important topic to
1:36.3	discuss when we're thinking about our psychology and our well-being and how that interacts with

1:46.8	pretty profound role, I would say, for those of us who choose to drink, especially in Australia,
1:53.1	where I'm from. I think alcohol is kind of a central feature of a lot of social interactions.
