It's the same thing with emotions. You don't need to be mad at the indicator. You need to figure out what it's telling you.

So if you're angry, which sometimes is the appropriate emotion, great. Figure out why you're angry and what you're actually going to do about it.

If you're sad, well, that's an indicator that something's off in your life. So figure out what it is.
