Hello my beautiful people, welcome back to the moments podcast

I am so excited to record this episode just because this is one of those topics that I think about

Almost constantly like it's just always in the back of my mind

And I did so much, I guess you could say research before I'm recording

Before I started this episode because I was just watching

All these TED Talks, reading all these articles and just thinking so deeply about what I'm about to talk to

Talk about and these episodes are always just my favorite to record

And for some reason this happens every time I start recording

I forget how to talk and I forget what I'm even talking about

And also I have so many pages of this outline with so many different facts

Just from so many different TED Talks everyone had like a different perspective

So I'm gonna warn you now, my thoughts might be all over the place

But they are all about the same idea
