I am in such a better mood than last week

and thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.

I'm telling you, I read every single message that you

sent me and you know I just hit a wall all I needed to do is regroup, refocus, and get back to it.

But I thank you guys so much for every single message telling me, like I literally got anxiety again just reading all the messages

because I was like, no, no, no, no, because I started crying again.

It was so cute.

Yeah, everyone loves you. No, but it was like I literally had a mental breakdown. But I, the thing

is I know it stems my anxiety. So, and I did the opposite of what I normally do last week.

So I know when my anxiety is about to come.

Or sometimes it comes out of fucking nowhere and I'm like what up bitch and she like punches me in the face and I'm like not today

But at least I was so proud of myself to sit in the studio and power through a podcast when I could not breathe in my throat.

I'm like, I could not breathe and I was still just that deep breath makes me feel so much better

but I really do want to thank the girls night gang because you guys are stuck with us forever. We're basically

dating. So if you're single now you are in a relationship so welcome, welcome.
