we are talking about love and real estate and discussing their similarities, but the key difference as well.

I know you may be wondering how can love and real estate be have any similarities?

One's a business transaction, the other deals with matters of the heart.

But as I put my house in the market this last summer

for a few short months without success,

I began to recognize similarities between the two.

Neither are entirely in our control as much as we wish they were, and neither are entirely out

of our control either, which is certainly good news to ease our hearts and our

pocketbooks.

But before I get into today's episode, I want to give a brief preview of what's going
