Now, Dr. Ben, or Benbo, as he's known, was really quite a pioneer in the world of low-carb

lifestyles and resistance training and high-intensity interval training.

He started this back in the 70s and has continued with it today.

And when you hear him talk, you're going to see his passion, his knowledge, and the impact

And he has a different perspective on that that I think will be really important to hear. And I mean, he knows his stuff. He's got his training. He has a PhD in exercise
