| 1:39.0 | Well, actually then back up, I had returned from the Peace Corps and if anybody has ever been in the Peace |

| 1:48.5 | you know living in another country and pulling your water from a well it was far more shocking actually to come |
| 1:54.9 | back to the United States than it was to give up things. So I came back, moved to |
| 2:00.5 | Seattle, was taking post back prerequisites for medical school, came back to New Orleans for the summer. |
| 2:07.4 | My mother very unexpectedly got diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and within four months had passed |
| 2:12.2 | away, and you know, my great-grandmother died. pancreatic cancer and within four months had passed away. |
| 2:13.2 | And my great-grandmother died at 103 that same year. |
