| 2:13.4 | you're not alone. So here's what often happens. You pick an affirmation, you wish were true. |
| 2:20.2 | You repeat it in your journal or tape it to your mirror. But every time you say it, your inner being |
| 2:29.1 | cringes, you don't believe it. Your current vibration isn't even in the neighborhood of that statement. |
| 2:36.9 | So instead of raising your vibration, the affirmation actually activates resistance. |
