I feel as if we should have sort of some sort of clanging thing to announce an emergency podcast. Apparently the news

agents have already done one. The rest is politics have already done one, but we're going

to be fully up to date with the news, aren't we? Why do we need to start by mentioning them?

Because I knew it would annoy you. Yeah, well it has has done so i think i've just changed my mind

and let's not bother doing one okay bye see yeah i've got back to my sunny saturday mind you after

what you did to me this morning pardon me oh yes oh yes yeah yeah, that just shows how keen I was. I ran at, I don't think

most people would think half-past six on a Saturday for somebody, sorry, half-p-past eight on a

Saturday, half-past-eight on a Saturday, for somebody who is an adult and not a teenager,

it would be that early.

But as I was ringing you on my way to volunteer at Park Run this morning,

I did suddenly think to myself, ah, he's still asleep, isn't he?

And then when you picked it up and you went, uh, and I said,

oh, sorry to, sorry to ring you so early I expect you're still asleep aren't you and you went

who's this does my name not come up on your phone or what well it does but I'd left it ringing

quite a long time and I thought if I don't that fucker goes away if I don't answer it it will then

ring off so I didn't actually look to see who it was.

And I thought it was a child ringing.

I didn't recognise your voice.
