This is a Global Player Original podcast. Just when you thought it was safe. It's back. The Wednesday edition of the For The Many podcast, I'm Ian Dale. Jackie Smith is still Jackie Smith,

but she's not with me today. Now for the more recent listeners, let me explain. During COVID,

Jackie and I decided to add a second weekly episode of the podcast where we played agony

aunt and agony uncle to our listeners. That proved rather popular and became a bit of a smart fest as well.

Now, I'm sure those two things are totally unconnected. Anyway, when lockdown finished,

work pressures meant we had to abandon the Wednesday podcast, but I know how many of you miss it.

And given my incapacity at the moment, I've got a bit of time on my hands. So I thought, why not resurrect it, if only temporarily?

Now, Jackie won't be able to join us very often, but you never know.

She has a quiet week.

She may put in an appearance.

So for the next month or two at least, I'll be answering your questions in the way that only I know how.
