I don't know about you, but I feel quite burnt out and busy at the moment,

and I really could use an extra hour in the day. Now sometimes taking an extra hour to do something

like exercise or take out time for myself actually means all the rest of the hours are

myself and there's nowhere that's more true than with therapy.

because I had to travel there, stand outside my therapist's house and the rain,
