0:39.4	I mentioned her as my teacher in coach and she is.
0:41.9	She's been really key in teaching me the model and a lot of the tools that I use as a coach.
0:47.3	But she has been a teacher and mentor to me.
0:50.5	She hasn't been my main coach.
0:52.2	I've only been coached by a couple of times.
0:56.1	My main coach and I've had several coaches.
0:58.9	Chris Plackie has been a really instrumental coach to me and I've worked with other people
1:03.4	on specific issues like emotional eating and things like that.
1:08.0	But my main coach has been Bev Aaron.
1:11.4	And I feel so lucky to get to be coached by Bev.
