I'm so excited to have fellow Olympian in Minnesota Matthew Wilkinson. Matt is a 2024 Olympian.

Yep, he's heading to Paris and will compete in the steeple chase and we are so excited

for him. In this episode, we hear all about growing up in Minnetonka, Minnesota, going from being a

two-time division three champion at Carleton College, getting his grad degree and finishing up his

college career at the University of Minnesota as a big 10 champ and an All-American when he placed fifth at the NCAAs.

Then he signed a pro contract with Under Armour Mission Run dark sky distance in Flagstaff after placing

sixth in the steeple chase in the 2023 USATF national meet. And now this summer in 2024, he becomes the U.S. Olympian.

Oh, and not to mention, he just ran another P-B this past weekend in the 3,000 meters in Paris.

This guy is on a roll, and I want to hear all about it.

Yeah, so I'm in St. Maritz with my team, Mission Run Dark Sky, doing an altitude camp up here.

Yeah, so you're in Switzerland. Yep. And it's absolutely gorgeous there.

It is hands down the most beautiful place I've ever been.

It's amazing.
