1:08.0	Andrew, welcome to Ghost of a Podcast. What would you like reading about? Thanks for having me. So the
1:15.4	context is that after the Hamas attacks on October 7th, I was really caught up
1:22.3	on it and having a lot of strong feelings because of so intense and because I was kind of like checking in on how I was feeling.
1:30.0	Something that came up was that I really wasn't having the same level of concern for Israelis that were killed or kidnapped or injured even in those days and that really disturbed me and it kind of fucked with me because it brought up something that I think I've known about myself which is that like I have these sort of righteous feelings of like these people are correct and these people right right, and these people are right in their values
1:56.6	and others aren't.
1:58.2	And in this context, the people that were killed were citizens, they were innocent, I don't know that they were actively
2:08.0	contributing to any kind of conflict, and there was children and all that sort of stuff and so it really kind of hit me differently when I realized that you know how can you be
2:19.7	concerned with the well-being of people before social justice.
