When I was at 10th, I was initially going to German 10.

So a couple of, a month or so in to go into, in the residency, Dr. Eric Mason says, no, doctor, we were at elders meeting

that morning and I was going to RTS then, so I was driving from RTS like four in the morning.

To Washington, D.C. For Washington, D.C. RTS, four in the morning to get back to staff meeting at 8.30 at 10th in the morning.

So I pulled up and I'm exhausted like I am usually.

But I'm still hype.

I don't know why.

I'm exhausted, but still energy.

And we get in there and we go through the meeting.

We have our little cool meeting, a little staff meeting.

Then we walk out and Marin asked me to talk, Mary Clark, executive pastor there, said,

how's it going, Doug, as we're happy you're here, going to Germantown.

And I says, well, yeah, we're going to do the diversity thing.

And then we walk out of that meeting and we all would go around to the deli and
