Hi everyone and welcome to a time of being still and being loved. My name is

Elisa Keaton. Take some time now to find yourself in a position that's comfortable for you,

whether seated in a chair or laying on the ground.

Whatever position you choose, make sure it just feels like one of support.

And maybe wiggle yourself around a bit until you find yourself supported in your spine.

So if you're seated, you can draw your shoulders back and down and maybe lift the crown of the head a little bit more and firmly place your feet on the ground. If you're lying down, try and wiggle your hips

further away from the crown of your head, the back of your skull.

with your knees bent, maybe the knees collapse
