Let's talk about something deceptively innocent, scrolling.

You know the moment, you've got a few minutes, your mind's a little tired, maybe you're waiting in line or avoiding a task, so you open the app just for a minute, you tell yourself. I just want a little

inspiration. Ten swipes later, you're not quite sure how you feel, but it's definitely not

clearer, calmer, or more connected. Does that sound familiar? Here's the deal. Social media can mess with your

vibration, even when it looks harmless, even when it looks positive. Why is that? Because vibration

isn't just about what you're looking at. It's about what your system is doing in response.

So let's talk about the difference between broadcasting versus absorbing. When you're aligned,

you're broadcasting. You're steady in your signal. You're tuned to your inner being, your preferences, your desires.
