So this is my first podcast that I'm actually recording in 2021 because all of my previous podcast before this one, I submitted to the production company

ahead of time for the holidays. So this is the first one that I'm actually recording in

2021. And I just realized before I started recording that this has actually been the longest

amount of time I haven't recorded

in literally five years, literally since I started podcasting. I think the most I've ever

recorded in advance has been two, maybe three weeks, but I think more like two. But that is just

wild to think about that for, I mean,

five years now. I've been doing this pretty much every single week. What a journey. And I know

a lot of you listening have been with me that whole time. I appreciate you so much. So cool. So cool. It's like a verbal

diary for me. I can see how much I have changed and my interests have changed over time.

Speaking of which today's episode is going to be more of a personal update. I have very much been

in reflection mode recently. I don't know what it was

about this New Year's Eve, but it hit me harder than most. I've been very emotional. Maybe this is me

really being in my feminine energy. So it's good. It's good between all of the reflection moving into 2021 and just feeling everything that's going on in the world, personally, people in my life.
