Summary

It's my 26th birthday, and I'm in a reflective mood. As I pass the halfway point of my 20s (and this podcast), I'm looking back at some of the lessons I've learnt so far and what I hope I learn in the next four years.

Also, the question people keep asking: will there be a Psychology of your 30s, stay tuned to the end to hear my thoughts!

classic. And I'm going to talk about the 26 lessons I've learned

0:56.9

from the last 26 years of life. Some of these are really practical. Others are more

1:02.6

psychological. Some are really personal. Some are just weird. But I went out for dinner with myself

1:08.4

the other night and I sat down. I brought my little notebook and I just really reflected on what I've learned. And it was rather emotional.

Like it was, I did have a few tears of the waiters were looking at me with. I also did have a few

1:19.8

martini. So two of those things could have contributed to each other. But this last year has

1:25.1

just been so mind-blowing. It's just been the biggest year of my life.

1:29.7

My book came out, the podcast on Netflix, moving to London. Those are just the headlines.

1:35.6

And it's like kind of hard to process sometimes. And I was, I'm so grateful and I was just

1:40.3

really reflecting on the lessons that I've gained both in the last year, but before

1:45.4

any of this happened, before I was even in my 20s when I was 17, 16, yeah, 21, things that

1:53.0

have stopped me as well from, from all those experiences. And it was actually really therapeutic

1:59.4

to just like sit down and put them on a page.
