We are closing out Dance Movie Month this week with 2006's Take the Lead.

Now I have a very very, not actually a problem with this movie.

Okay.

There's a video game called Destiny, also has a sequel, Destiny 2, but there's a character

in it played by Lenny James called Lord Chacks, and you'd play all of these

rounds with his character sort of overseeing it.

And he keeps saying, change the lead, you're falling behind.

And that was stuck in my head

for the one hour and 58 minutes of this film

that has nothing to do with that at all.

So again, a really specific me problem that isn't anything to do with this, but Lord, if you were a destiny player and you don't hear Lord Shaq saying change the lead, you're falling behind, what are we even doing here? But please tell me about your feelings about this because I'm curious why this is a hey but love for you.

I'm sorry I made you watch this.

No, no, no, don't be. I actually enjoyed it.

Okay, so one, this is Dance Movie Month, but we've been doing this for so long that we've done so many dance movies.

There's only so many left. That was part of my reason to pick this one.

Two, I mean, it's filmed in Toronto, it has a digrassy kid in it,

and I saw this movie in the theater when it came out.

And I was like, let's revisit it.
