0:56.9	Welcome to another shorty episode of Mo's Monday Minute and this one is especially for my nursing student listeners. And I swear by this tip. And that is to color code your highlighting. So I know you've probably all seen
1:05.8	that funny meme where the nursing student has highlighted every single word on the page. You know that that's because
1:14.2	we feel like everything is important. But honestly, when everything is important, then nothing is
1:19.4	important because you would never highlight everything on the page. It's just a funny,
1:23.1	funny, like visual reminder of how much there is to know and learn in nursing.
1:28.4	What I have found has been super helpful for me is to color code highlighting.
1:35.6	Now, here's how you do it.
1:37.5	You want to assign key types of information to specific colors.
1:44.8	This helps you recall it more easily and find it more easily on the page.
1:50.7	So, for example, I would use orange for meds, blue for signs and symptoms, green for nursing
1:59.3	interventions, purple for diagnostic tests, et cetera,
2:04.1	et cetera. Develop your color code system and then stick to it. So that way, let's say I'm in an exam
