Hi and welcome back.

I'm so glad you're back here with me this week.

Okay, obviously you can hear I have a really bad cold.

Now, this is funny because I never get sick ever. However, since I started speaking for a living once a year, I guess on average is what happens.

One year I remember it was 2018 I just gotten off a flight

and I was doing the Earn Your Happy Podcast with Lori Harder and I literally had no voice. Somehow through hot tea and lemon, we were able to make it through.

Another year, I got off a flight and I was stepping onto a stage

and I went to Starbucks and got the medicine ball. a for the next few days. But bottom line is this, I sound way worse than I actually feel, I feel pretty good, but the weather in Miami has been horrible, freezing, raining. Itgh, it's been brutal, and now today it's gorgeous, but freezing.

It's just kind of crazy.

So bottom line is this, first world problems, no big deal, don't worry about your your girl I've still showed up for you

should I have ran a best-of episode I don't know is my voice so annoying like this it

sounds funny to me okay but no I'm gonna it short. I have two stories I wanted to

share with you that I thought were important. It's the end of the year and oh my

gosh I want you to reflect and look back on all you've accomplished, all the things

that you didn't know that were

going to happen that happened that came into your life unexpectedly, that were gifts.

I want you to believe in a great year ahead and get excited about it.

I'm so excited for 2024 and I'm super grateful for everything happened in 2023.
