Dragon and the Dragonfly Excerpt:
Gazing at the enchanted forest from the cozy cave, Dragon smiled, wondering what fun today might bring. Sunshine lit up a path Dragon hadn’t noticed before. Curious, Dragon decided to follow the sunbeam along the fresh footpath. Once surrounded by the ancient trees Dragon took a deep breath, in and out, enjoying the crisp scent of forest air.
Grasses rustled up ahead. Stepping closer and closer, Dragon realized that Freddie the frog, hopping along with Tad and Tanner the toads, had caused the stirring of the plants. The three amphibians spotted Dragon heading their way and waved. Tanner said, “We’re going to the pond! Do you want to come too?”
