And I can't really improve upon the text that opens the first episode of this British true crime story.

In 2014, Susan and Christopher Edwards were convicted of murder and sentenced to a minimum of 25 years.

They have maintained their innocence to this day.

And over the course of the first episode, those of us who didn't already know the case from

the news learn whom they were convicted of murdering, but the reasons why they may have done it

are revealed over subsequent installments of the four episode series.
