Well, I mean, I guess I'm back. You didn't go anywhere, but welcome to the new year. Wow.

Are you ready? Yeah. Well, besides my little issue, but it's not an issue. I'm just trying

to help a buddy out. So that's it. I was dealing with it before we get started, but I am

good. It's already, what is it? The third? It's any of the third or the fourth? I have no

idea. I can't believe it is the fourth new year. We're in a year. Yeah. We've already had

pipes, freeze, and everything. We've never had a nice freeze in December. Is it really?

Yeah. Yeah. The whole didn't work over Christmas break. Nothing broke. We had to go away

for family Christmas. And so I set up a camera on my sink and it just kept looking at my

phone and seeing that the sink is going to come back on. And then it did. And there was

a celebration at Christmas. And I was so excited that the sink came back on because it was

off for a good two and a half days. And I was in the cross space with a heat gun, heating

all the pipes. And it was like, it can't be in the cross space. I was up in the attic.

It must have been in the wall somewhere. And it just could not find where it froze and

just assumed everything is going to bust. And it's going to be awful. And nobody's going

to be able to come out because it's Christmas. And it was stressful. And then it was amazing

when the sink came on via camera via satellite. Wow. Yeah. Well, I'm glad it was in the bigger

deal. We don't get that in December. We never have sub zero degrees in December. And now

it's 60 degrees out. Yeah. Yeah, it's weird. It's super weird.

Thankfully, everything is melting up here.

I've had my skillet stove on on super low. If you guys saw some of the stories over the crazy

coal that got down to about eight degrees over here right around Christmas. And that's exactly
