0:00.0	I just kind of bugged this guy for a lot of years and finally I at least got him to give me like if he was ever decided to sell it, that he would at least give me first opportunity at it.
0:08.0	Originally it was like 40 acres and then he had lotted off on the east side of it like small five acre parcels and he had sold a few of those off.
0:16.0	So it ended up being probably about 25 acres, which isn't huge, but 25 acres in the right spot can be good.
