And aside from that with the accolades, you've created programs, I don't know how many, right? So it's, I'll just say that you've created some of the best programs for the avatars that you're creating those for. And the reason I'm saying that is because some of them get replaced over a period of time,

It's just the nature of the thing, but you've been doing it forever, which means that the

programs are more solidified, and you've worked with Navy SEALs, elite athletes, you've

been an elite athlete, soldiers, basically everybody across the board.

you mentioned John before we started, is when you find that you may have a potential gap in a

program, you're reaching out to people that can help you fill that gap. And John was one of those

from a hypertrophy standpoint with, I don't know which program it was. But not very many, you know this because you've been around for a long time. How many people actually do that? Very few. Everybody lives in this silo. Everybody wants to kind of keep themselves as the expert, and all I've ever said is that I stand on the shoulders of giants. There's way smarter people that have come before. I'm just a good student and I've had good mentors and I've asked the right questions and I've been, you know, humble enough to do other people's training, see what I like, see what I don't like. And then I've just had more data points than any other human being on the planet. Where I want to jump off on and then we'll get into your timeline a little differently than what other people have got into it is. I don't know the exact year.
