0:00.0	All right. I think we're live now and ready to go. Tonight we're
0:10.0	going to talk about what it means to be a Catholic under quarantine. Most of us aren't
0:16.7	under quarantine. Many of us have a restriction to public masses, public sacraments, for example those in Italy, certain
0:26.3	diocese in the United States, certain places in Europe.
0:30.8	And so we're going to talk about what your options are.
0:33.0	I'm going to go through the seven sacraments and how we as Catholics understand the seven sacraments in a time of restriction and what you can do, how to use a missile during a time when there are no masses and how you can incorporate what we call a dry mass, especially in your Sunday worship.
0:53.5	We'll talk about devotional practices, spiritual communion,
0:57.4	rosary, and things that you can do during this time
1:00.4	to find consolation in our Lord. Before we begin in prayer, I'll just begin by stating, and
1:07.7	I'll say it again probably a lot tonight, our Lord Jesus Christ is the Good Shepherd.
1:13.4	He loves you, he has a plan for you,
1:15.6	he wants you to get to heaven,
1:17.1	he wants your family to get to heaven,
1:18.9	so you can take a deep breath and know that no matter what happens he has a plan for you and
1:25.4	he's going to give you the sanctifying graces that you need and the actual
1:30.6	graces that you need to persevere to the end. We have to believe that we have
1:36.1	to trust that. There have been many cases in the history of the church where people
1:41.1	didn't have access to the priesthood, to the sacraments, to physical churches,
1:46.0	and God made them great saints.
1:47.7	So we know that's true.
1:49.3	We know also that we need a lot of help.
1:51.0	That's why some of us get afraid and we can't go to
