Hello Heroes and welcome to another exciting episode of One Shot. I'm James Damato, your host in Gamemaster.

This week we're continuing our Hammer of the Earth adventure.

With all of the world building completed, we're ready to dive into the story.

And with all that out of the way, let's get to the show. You're going to be. Great, so we're ready to start the game, or at least playing the game.

And I think we open on a rolling and verdant landscape.

Green is the purveying color.

It is strong and bright against a shining sun, but green is streaked with a kaleidoscopic vision of color that swirls and projects a kind of undulation into the world.

The entire environment, even if it is still, projects the idea of pulsing with life.

The air itself is thick with pollen, not just pollen, but a bioluminescent pollen that creates

an opalescent sheen for the very air itself.

We can see the wind streaking through it, projecting even more life into the image as you can see the moving and

swirling patterns. There are animals here as well, animals that have grown

intermingled with this plant life.

I think for some of them it is almost like umbilical cords have been attached and grown into them as they move around and don't just consume the vegetation

to live, the creeping ruin uses them as appendages to prune itself and ensure that it grows ever stronger and ever wilder.

There is something very alien, but also idyllic about this scene and then everything freezes as in the

distance we can hear a scream a terrifying scream that appears to be growing louder and closer.

Eventually, things start to move in a flurry of self-protected terror.
