So that was footage of 45-year-old Charles Hickson, a man describing a 1973 alien encounter while under deep hypnosis.

This 45-year-old Mississippi shipyard worker would do everything imaginable to prove his story, including share these details under hypnosis. He participated in hundreds of interviews,

took lie detector tests, and even agreed to that hypnotherapy session. His story begins on October 11,

1973, when Hickson and his coworkworker, 17-year-old Calvin Parker,

went fishing, picking their spot on the west bank of the East Pasigula River in Jackson County,

Mississippi. As the dusk fell, the two heard something odd, a slight buzzing sound in the sky.
